Official Catron County criminal records must be requested from the office that created or maintains them. Sheriff records begin with the county office in Reserve, while filed criminal cases belong to the New Mexico judiciary. Personal statewide arrest histories use the New Mexico Department of Public Safety process. The contacts below separate those channels so a request reaches the proper government custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. Catron County Criminal History is a private reference resource. It cannot obtain an official record, perform an agency background check, correct or remove a record, or receive an expungement filing.
